  1. Our “Famous” Full Sour Brine (water, mustard seeds, salt, garlic)
  2. Kosher Dill Brine (water, salt, mustard seeds, vinegar, turmeric)
  3. Hot and Spicy Brine (water, salt, garlic, mustard seeds, dried and crushed red peppers)

Great uses for our Pickle Brine

  1. You can brine hard-boiled eggs, onions, garlic, or any other soft veggies
  2. Pickle juice is a great meat tenderizer. Add to marinades for fish, meat, or poultry
  3. And for our martini drinkers, you can use pickle juice in place of olive juice if you make it dirty
  4. Put some pucker into your Bloody Mary with a tablespoon of pickle juice.
  5. Leg Cramps. Pickle brine is also acetic acid and can be consumed to cure leg cramps.
  6. Make a “pickleback,” essentially a shot of pickle brine designed to follow a shot of whiskey.
  7. Hangover Cure (Great after too many PickleBacks)…. Drinking pickle juice helps to replenish your sodium levels.

"Frank and his family know their pickles! These Full Sours are bold, garlicky, and perfectly brined. I grabbed a quart at the Montclair Farmers Market and got hooked. Local NJ flavor done right—Pickle Joy makes it with heart."

Sarah W., Hoboken, NJ

"Frank, you’ve got a customer for life! These sweet chili chips are the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. We brought a gallon to a Hoboken BBQ and they disappeared. Pickle Joy nailed it—flavorful, fresh, and unforgettable."

Jenna D., Princeton, NJ

"This olive tapenade is packed with bold, savory flavor—great on toast, pasta, or straight from the spoon. Grabbed a pint at a market in Princeton. Frank’s family-run biz is a true gem in NJ’s foodie scene."
